The front lady is lazy and a liar. When I arrived the office door was closed. After calling for more than 10 minutes she showed up. Looks like she just finished sleeping. She said no room left but while I waited for Uber outside the office another guest came and got a room. I had reservations for more than one week at this hotel , but why did she tell me no room but could give a room to another guest who came after me? I think the hotel rate changed very often My paid price is lower than the other guests. She also lied to me saying she called another hotel to let me in. But when I got there that hotel said they didn't know it.

Checkin was smooth. But that’s where the positives stop. Room stunk of cigarette smoke (booked a non smoking room) room missing linen. Spoke to reception regarding odour. To the young ladies credit she offered another room. I rejected offer as expected the smell to go once door opened and spray used. Then I checked out the bathroom - there was mould all around bath and tiles. I could clean it off :( the kitchenette was dirty. The floor made the bottom of our feet black. Then the bed - the 3 pillows were rubbish folded in half and made into half pillows. Covered in stains and smelled. Woke in morning and all my clothes stunk of cigarettes. I then chased cockroaches around bathroom. Dogs in neighbouring rooms barked half the night. I would recommend find a better place to stay. Certainly not worth the money paid to stay there.

Had to kill 2 bugs, shower wouldn't adjust to spout, no dishes or utensils for a supposed extended stay property, had an eviction notice posted to the door down the hall.

I stayed in rm 220 on the 2nd floor, and it had small roaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas! I had to shake my clothes and personal items to insure I did not take anything with me! This room needs to be DEFOGGED and not used until the infestation is taken care of!
I was very dissatisfied with my stay!

我在这家酒店预订了房间,但当我打车抵达时,前台工作人员告诉我没有空房了,我需要去另一家酒店。他们之前完全没有通知我。我用谷歌地图查了一下,步行过去需要14分钟。我要求他们送我过去,但工作人员说她没有车。然后我用优步(Uber)花了13美元才到。我要求他们报销优步的费用,他们却没有任何回应。当我到达新的酒店时,那里的工作人员也完全不知道我是怎么被安排到他们酒店的。我经常旅行,简直不敢相信这种事情会发生。
