The tub needed replaced. Not much lighting in room no trash cans in room . You could tell in needed extra care. Remodeled.

Walls dirty. Old rusty lamps. Electric Plug at sink not working.
Advertised breakfast but does not serve breakfast. Ice machine broken.
Carpet very sticky.
Bed was ok.
Lady at the front desk was polite and friendly!

The website is very deceiving. There is no breakfast but you are welcome to free juice during breakfast hours. There are no adjoining rooms, these rooms are outdoor accessible. When we arrived to check in there were people screaming very loudly and seemed to be behind the check in area so I'm not sure if it was staff or guests. We reserved adjoining rooms but obviously not available. The bathroom door didn't close at all. The shower curtain barely covers the shower because a curved rod was installed. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom fan was covered in a thick layer of dust so it was falling off if you turned it on. The toilet itself was the size of one in an elementary school for children. It rained and water flooded under the door. It appears by the rooms that they attempted to update but maybe ran out of money. The parking lot, outdoor appearance and stairs and lobby are very outdated. Im upset I paid for things that I did not receive and feel I should be reimbursed but know that will never happen. I will, however, not ever stay with this hotel chain again. Extremely disappointed.

Room is clean . But the problem was room was very hot when we arrive . I wish they turn on the air prior to us arriving. Took at least 3 hrs before the room cool off. Miserable night .

Bed could have been a little more comfortable, but it wasnt bad
They could use more trash cans in the room they only have one . New sheets would be great had black spots on them but they were clean and the blanket had wholes from cigarette burns. Need more outlets close to the bed everything was on other side of room. They stay was fine for what we needed

Bed was super comfortable which made the other conditions more tolerable. The Shower was kinda odd.. shower heard sits really low, I am 5’ and hand to squat to get under it, pain missing off bathroom wall, carpet in room looked dirty, this place could use some updates to make it look cleaner just seemed out dated

There was nothing nice about that place except one staff member that checked us in other than that the room was nasty bed has dirty pillow cases I had to go get my own cleaning supply to clean the room the owner of manger was rude no one every answered the phone when we called and they say they have breakfast #WRONG THEY DO NOT I WANT A REFUND

The refrigerator was an ungodly smell the room wasn’t really that clean too close to highway you heard all the noise all night !
