When we booked this property through *******, one of the main reasons was because it had an airport shuttled listed as being available. But it turns out that that is incorrect and there isn’t one. Room had no linens for the sofa bed. No chairs for the table. Shower leaking. Light next to bed mismatched light shade that didn’t fit and no lightbulb.

Walking into the property I thought I was walking into a condemned property. There were wires hanging all from the ceiling dust and dirt everywhere with a small sign saying excuse the mess due to new cameras being set to. Keep in mind this is 8pm no one three working on the “mess” just left it unsafe and I had small children with me. Had I been told of the situation I would have found a cleaner place and definitely safer place to stay.

We brought our pet, so we got a pet room..the smell was unbearable. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies and it wasn’t able to mask the smell. I was charged $200 extra for my pet, although I don’t know why when the room odor was horrid, and the floors were so dirty my pet refused to walk on the ground for the entire stay. Some staff was friendly, other staff led us to believe that asking for toilet paper was too much…even though we had a total of five guests with us, a roll a day was too much. The original woman who checked us in was fries well as cleaning staff.

Room was not ready apon arrival, 45 mins after check-in started. Was told they were cleaning our room, came back an hr later as instructed. Room still not clean. They tell me they upgraded my room at no charge. I walk into a smelly room, stains on the sofa(leather sofa with what looks like seamen). I go to use the restroom and about fall off the toilet due to an extremely loose toilet seat. Tub is nasty, has soap scum and burn marks. Ceiling above the shower apears to have a missing sprinkler head with a washrag shoved in the hole. Glass missing between rooms in the upgraded suit. 1-10 wouldn't recommend!

There was a group of mexicans sitting outside under the tree between the 2 buildings and drinking beer. The inside of the hotel was horrible. No cleanliness, no vending machine in the second building.

I requested a wheelchair no wheelchairs in the entire building upon entering my room my bed was not made it was like someone had just got done lying in it a big dead cockroach smashed in thee bathroom by the bathtub and no hot water in the bathroom sink
