这家酒店需要升级改造，走廊和房间的地毯都又暗又旧，而且弥漫着一股霉味。墙壁薄得像纸一样。我能听到隔壁房间的人打呼噜。这家酒店唯一的亮点是员工非常出色。客户服务非常好，这很令人惊讶，毕竟他们所在的酒店需要为此道歉很多。

因为我们要去附近一个地方听音乐会，所以住在这家酒店。酒店真的很干净。工作人员非常友好。自助早餐（收费）美味可口，种类丰富。房间宽敞舒适。淋浴间提供洗发水、护发素和沐浴露，洗手池提供洗手液和润肤露（均为多芬品牌），我很喜欢。下次旅行一定会再次入住这里！可惜没机会体验游泳池。
我们第一晚住的267房间有臭虫。泳池升降机无法操作，因为女儿是残疾人。我要求赔偿，因为我不得不换房间，而且不能带坐轮椅的女儿去泳池，他们给了我15美元的优惠，但只限一晚，而不是我们住的三晚。前台工作人员、酒吧招待和清洁人员都很棒，但显然高层管理人员需要更换。
