The room was very clean. The staff was fantastic. It was quiet and I was able to relax comfortably and got a great nights sleep.

Enjoyed the location. Parking was adequate. Room was nice size. Bed was comfortable.
Although the amenities were provided, the shower had hard water marks all over the shower head. The shower did not work properly. After coming in late, the room key did not work and I have to get a new key.

Room was okay no stopper for the bathtub for kids to take baths pool was down and couldn’t get refund for 2nd night to take them to a different hotel for the pool will not stay here again

The climate of the room was fine , my shower water was not warm enough. The door on the room was very bent and let a lot of light and noise in. I didnt feel very secure. Breakfast didnt offer very much the 1st morning and was worse the next morning.

Got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. First thing we see when we walk in is a pool out of order taped up on the desk.

Curtains were missing, air conditioner/ heater inoperable. Was too tired to complain and get stuff packed up to try to get another room.

Our Stay
Rooms really need updating. Beds good. Tv not your fault but stations ******. Breakfast just ok. But what really was the kicker is we booked there for the indoor pool and couldn’t use it because heater was broke. We would have not stayed there without pool. Don’t know if we will be back there we go to Alton often as we have family living there.

Really enjoyed our stay. Only had one issue. The air conditioner ended up leaking water in the floor and causing the carpet to get soaked.

The good: bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, shower water pressure and temperature were great, room was clean. The bad: one of two rooms smelled of smoke, water in the bathroom sink trickled out, toggle lock on door was broken, orange juice dispenser in breakfast room squirted water, coffee was luke warm, in general the hotel was very dated.
