The room is good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is good. WIFI didn’t work at night but it worked in the morning. The price is moderate. Walmart is nearby. The Safeway and the Long John Silver restaurant are near to the hotel. The area is good. The hotel is easy to find.

We booked our room around 4pm while traveling through Quemado, NM. At that time I requested an accessible downstairs room, my wife is disabled. We arrived at the hotel about 8pm. Easy to find off the interstate. The outside and the lobby appeared well kept. I began the check in. I asked the male agent if the place has an elevator cause the Choice app did not mention anything about it. I was told no. I asked if there was a downstairs accessible room available, as I asked during my booking. Again I was told no and he said he ran out of downstairs rooms around 330 this afternoon. I told him I had made the booking around 4pm while in New Mexico which would’ve been 3pm at the hotel. I said also that I had made the downstairs room request at that time also. My rate was non-fundable and we were miles away from the closest hotel. I told him that my wife could not climb stairs. He offered no explanation and didn’t try to make an accommodation for us. My wife struggled to climb the stairs with my help and the room was at the top of the stairs. The room furnishings were out of date and not fashionable. The carpet needed to be replaced, the hot water for the shower did not get hot enough, and the A/C never got the entire room cool, the unit was inadequate for this sized room, good thing the bed was close to the unit. The only modern thing in the room was the television. The room had a lot of open space also. The bed was somewhat comfortable. There was a fridge and wet bar, in room coffee machine, a small love seat, and adequate lighting in the room.

Best Hotel. Sean was so kind and welcoming. Very informative. During our travel we stayed in 7 hotels. Not one hotel front desk person made us feel so welcomed. The room was very clean, plenty of linens and essentials and parking convenient. Absolutely the best. Highly recommend.

Well located along 40 East. Nice lobby, clean room, floor, bathroom and bedding Rooms surround the pool. Maybe thats why smell of chlorine in the hallway but not in room. Disappointed with breakfast, only had waffle, cereal and bagels. For the price, might try Travelodge across the street and jsut walk to Mac D next door for breakfast.

We had a great stay at the Clarion Point in Winslow. Very nice updated clean hotel inside and out. Comfortable bed, nice size room, very nicely decorated lobby. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Parking lot was clean, nice and safe. Breakfast was Continental but plenty to get your day started. I would stay here again. Also within 4 minutes to "Standing on the corner" park. It's a great place to stay if you're in the area !

We stayed here because of the hot tub and found out that it was not working. The room had little to be desired except the bed was clean and slept well. The toilet had a small round lid on an oval toilet, the bathroom floor was warped and the door was hard to shut, the curtain rod was barely hanging from the wall. The breakfast area was small. Would not recommend this hotel.

I mentioned to the woman (I won’t name her - very kind) that checked me in, that I saw comments about “newly renovated units”. Since the hotel wasn’t full, she was more than happy to tell me “I’ll put you in one of our nicest rooms. That’s number 108.” Just pass on this. Pretty clearly, exterior paint and some nice pictures on the Internet do not reflect the age of this property. Now, I will say, if they chose to go and buy outlet or otherwise used furniture to appoint the rooms. They nailed it. Office chair, couch, toilet, (not mounted securely to the floor) shower (mold), showerhead, tile, carpet, stain in the middle of the carpet, all of it - looks decades old. While the bed was squeaky, it was comfortable and I got a good sleep, but for $120 (total) for the night, it should’ve been much better. This is a $50 freeway room at best. If this room was in fact, renovated in the last five years, stop calling it renovated - it’s ready for another renovation or certainly a better contractor. If you’re gonna stay a couple days to see the Petrified Forest or Meteor Crater, do yourself a favor and go to La Pasada.

If you’re a contractor and considering staying here, bring your own towels. I was charged an extra $42 for staining their towels. I work out doors and it was completely unavoidable. I called the manager to request a refund on the added charge. He wouldn’t budge. If you can’t avoid getting dirty for work, stay somewhere else.

This place is right off the interstate and a previous reviewer suggested asking for a room away from highway which I did and I have to say this was one of my quieter places I’ve ever stayed. It was clean and staff was very nice The front desk gentleman was efficient and friendly and the morning lady in breakfast room was attentive and helpful. It’s a very basic breakfast, waffles, hard boiled eggs, package oatmeal but for the price of room, it was fine. The rooms have been redone, my only comment is that the decision to paint the shower enclosure rather than replace wasn’t the best. At least in 237, it is beginning to come off. That being said I’d definitely stay here again

Room was well appointed but b'fast was skimpy (a waffle). Doors are noisy when closing and a guest was yelling at times. Steel bed skirt is noisy, as well, and bothersome. I did like how easy it was to get onto 2nd Street and over to The Park, however.
