It was okay...a place to sleep and a breakfast. My room had water damage stains on the ceiling above the tv. Also received a text to put dirty towels in hall because they had to towels to wash and give out. Bed and room temp. were comfortable...safe and clean.

This place is not what I expected. The outside is very deceiving in comparison to what is going on inside. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve been in. In the first room, the refrigerator was frozen over and the door wouldn’t close. The next room I was given had the most disgusting couch that I’ve ever seen. The third one I settled on was missing the ironing board,the phone didn’t work,nasty furniture the ice machine wasn't working on that floor and out of 4 floors it only worked on the second floor, the bathroom was nasty and only had 1 roll of toilet paper, and there was a stain and crusty stuff on the counter above the microwave that I had to scrub off. There are also spots on the ceiling above the tub which appears to be mold. The elevator was dirty and started to malfunction. The waffle mix was watery and when I attempted to make waffles, they didn't turn out right because when the waffle maker was flipped, the watery mix spilled out. Although breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30, the eggs and sausage were gone by 9. The pool water was murky, and black specks of something was all over some of the chairs and on the floor. There were only about 12 towels in the pool area, so when other people came in there weren’t any towels for them. Guests were told to place used towels outside of their doors because they were out of towels and needed to wash some in order to provide towels to everyone. The only thing I can say is deserving of a star is the staff who was very polite.

The stoppers in both the sink and tub would not stay open for the water to drain, room 305. The floor was dirty, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was comfortable as was the temp in the room.

Staff were friendly but the place needs a lot of work. Mold on the wall in the bathroom, the bathroom sink very slow to drain, dirty carpet & furniture and no housekeeping the entire 4 day stay although it was requested.

Staff was courteous. There was a lot of deferred maintenance throughout the common areas and in the room.

Let me start off by saying the people who work there are great. People make mistakes, no biggie. They were wonderful and took care of everything. However, I was put into a room that wasn’t cleaned, so I got moved to another. Fine, that’s cool. When I checked out I noticed I was charged for that room we got moved into because it was a suite, not a standard. I was told about this when switching so I paid for the room online, and again at the hotel. I’m not sure who to contact about my money. But just because I was moved I don’t feel as if I should have been charged again for another room. Especially when it wasn’t my fault the room wasn’t cleaned. The rooms are very outdated also. Breakfast was okay. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again if I didn’t have to.

The stay was pretty good. The people were very nice, the room was fine, although showing its age a little. There was a desk/table in the room but no chair. The fitness facility had 4 pieces of equipment and 3 of them were broken, with only the treadmill operational. The complimentary breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall, the whole stay was a very good value even if there were some glitches.
