Hotel was very decent condition. Breakfast was not great, but most hotel breakfasts are not. Staff was friendly.

Checked in the room smelled, was dirty, and the TV would not work. Daughter tried to take a bath but the water was brown. Have picture if needed. Checked out and went to a different hotel. Will not visit again.

Tub facet is putting out brown water! I showed Thomas the desk clerk, I told him zi want a refund. He said he would have to get with his manager. The room smells musty, bathroom smells sour. After being on the road for 10 hrs all you want to do is get a hot show and rest. Thats not happening !
I also had a live chat about pet policy, charging me per pet and that was not in the listing.

Not worth what we paid!!
Check in took over 30 minutes because the gentleman checking us in couldn't get logged into the key card maker. He was very nice but it took a very long for someone to come help him. The tv in our room was broken alomg with the remote. The air-conditioning did work very well! The bathroom was just gross and puddles of water under the sink. I'm not sure why put we could hear EVERY bit of noise made, whether it was beside or above us!!!! When we took the elevator down, it took us up then back down stopping at all the floors (nobodys was waiting to take the elevator down at the floors it stopped at on the way down) and the ride was ruff!!!! A random door (not our room) had a hole knocked in it. Overall not worth the money went spent, very disappointing for the price we paid. The room was $40 more for the night we stayed vs if it would have been the next week. Don't raise the price and offer that terrible of a stay

It was raining hard and the poor staff was trying to keep up with a leaking awing over the front door. they were trying hard but management needs to fix the awning,.

One night stay
When we checked in I asked the man at the front desk if he had a lower floor with a window facing out to the parking lot .. he did and put us in that room that was great !
The room was ok … Beds were just ok ! I wished they were a tad bit more cozy less hard ! Also the air in the room would not turn off ! Room 109 it was late and we were to tired to have anyone come and look at it ! We just put more clothes on ! The breakfast was good, it had a lot of options. ! The hotel does need to invest another luggage cart .. it was totally falling apart ! Melanie the lady at the front desk when I handed my keys back in … was super nice ! I appreciate a hard worker and people that smile !

After a long drive we just wanted to rest. Bathroom faucet handle was very loose and dripped. Shower wand didnt work. The bathroom door didnt line up properly and would drift half open (you had to slam it to shut it) and you would hear the faucet drip drip drip. TV didnt work and after 30 minutes of jacking with it the night manger came down and messed with until he got it online. By then I didnt want to watch TV and just wanted to sleep but at 10pm someone entered the room directly above and clomped around loudly for an hour. We almost left and went to another place but we were just too tired. Weve stayed in LaQuinta before at different locations when traveling and they are affordable and comfortable...this one was just affordable.
