I stayed here weeks prior to this stay and I thought the place was pretty nice. However, coming back for a second stay was a bit different. The ice machine on the first floor was out of service and pulled out from the wall exposing all of the dust and filth built up behind it. Typically, the lobby has complimentary cookies out for guests, but each time from the minute I arrived until my departure, there were never any cookies offered. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and the couch had a tear on it. The remote batteries were dead so we needed a replacement, but couldn't easily call down to the lobby because the phone did not work. The pool was dirty and cold and the hot tub was drained. Overall, this experience was not a good one and I wouldn't return.

The Hot Tub was out of service. Pool door didn’t want to work half the time. Rooms are old and need repair. Otherwise clean but dated. Also, ice machine was not working. Breakfast had everything you needed for a basic free breakfast.

I purposely chose this hotel/location because it had a pool and whirlpool, but both were closed. Not happy, as I could have been somewhere else with a working pool/whirlpool.
酒店位于一个安静的区域，我们的房间也很安静。员工很友好。房间宽敞舒适。免费早餐很丰盛。唯一的缺点是电视没有节目指南（所以不知道在播什么）。室内游泳池和水疗中心不错，但是有很多孩子，吵吵闹闹的，而且他们也被允许进入按摩浴缸，这让人有点烦。
我们去这家酒店只是为了让孩子们能游泳。酒店非常适合这个目的。
房间很宽敞，非常适合我们小家庭度假！地理位置优越！工作人员友好且响应迅速。泳池和热水浴缸需要更好的维护，但我们还是可以使用。我们的房间最近重新装修过，浴室浴缸、台面等都是新的。还有一个新的冷暖空调，带有“干燥”模式，控温效果很好，让房间保持舒适。床非常舒服，床上用品干净柔软。我们非常享受这次住宿！

我们到的时候已经很晚了，办理入住手续时，前台的一位员工身上散发着一股子臭味，真是让人抓狂。打开房门，地毯上一眼就能看到污渍。沙发脏得我都不想把行李箱放上去，更不想家人坐上去。很多插座都坏了，天花板上的灯也一直闪烁。我们开了空调，但房间还是很潮湿。我儿子的一件衬衫湿得像跑了一场马拉松似的。我本来想换个房间，但看了走廊地毯和电梯地板的状况，我觉得换个房间也没什么区别。
早餐区很干净，选择也很多，这点很不错。大堂也很干净。这家酒店有点老旧，确实需要翻新！
对于我们来说，位置很理想，但是酒店房间很暗，有霉味，清洁度也不尽如人意。
客房服务仅应要求提供，且每 3 天最多提供一次。
但至少你总是可以在接待处得到干净的毛巾。
早餐非常美味，但所有食物都是用一次性盘子和餐具盛放的。
