Check in was easy and fast. Room was very basic but comfortable. Room view was not great, and it was a bit noisy.

Overall good experience
Recently remodeled, clean, and friendly staff. We stayed on the first floor, but there is no elevator, so if you stay on the second floor you will have to walk up stairs. The hotel was full when we stayed, but the rooms were pretty soundproof, so I didn’t hear the other guests much. I appreciated the walk-in shower, great pillows and nice linens. The hotel has a breakfast—smaller than some—about 5-10 items to choose from. There’s coffee available in the lobby 24-7. None in the rooms. There’s an area in the lobby that’s open 24 hours where you can use your card to buy other vending-machine type items and sundries you may have forgotten. The hotel rooms supply shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap (not body wash). My sister who stayed with me found her bed to be hard, but I was okay with mine. The refrigerator was cold when we arrived which was handy, and the microwave worked well. As a guest, you have full control of the heat/air unit in each room which was appreciated. There is no pool, but there is a fitness room and laundry facilities. I would stay again, but not for more than one night bc I would want a pool for a longer stay. I left an item behind and they mailed it to me two days later charging me for the postage which I appreciated.

Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.. We went to a show at the Finley Center and were able to walk to and from - no problem. We weren't looking for fancy - we wanted clean and a comfortabl bed for one night stay. Thank you!

Access good, exit only to right. Busy road. Good parking, safe quiet area. Room clean, well lighted and supplied. Good breakfast. Friendly,helpful staff.

This property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It did surprise us that the property doesn't have an elevator. I had my 80-year-old mother with me so next time we stay there I will ask for the 1st floor. The breakfast was very good they had waffles, biscuit and gravy,yogat, toast bagel's, cereal and juice and coffee.

The toilet paper hanger was barely hanging and would fall from time to time. We had to fix it. The first bread that I chose from the breakfast area was a hard as a rock. I showed it to the woman at the desk and she got rid of it after feeling it. She then checked the others with her bare hands also. Just makes one think about sanitation a little...

We were greeted with a very friendly and helpful check-in person. Loved that there was a freezer in the frig. The hotel was in an excellent location.

The room was ok but the bathroom and the floor was dirty.
It didn’t have an elevator you had to take the stairs
The rooms have carpet which is ok but they are so loud. I could here babies crying, people talking and people walking around all night, really noisy
Window shades don’t block all light on windows
