The room was clean and recently painted. It was quiet, except for the AC unit. There was coffee, a fridge, microwave, and hair dryer. Billy and Ellie were so friendly and efficient! There was a pool that we didn't use. We stayed 1 night and were comfortable and close to the venue we attended.

Priced right! Close to the Toyota Center and lots of dinning options…. Bed was not so comfortable, tossed and turned all night

The staff was very kind; greeted us and checked us in early and we were so grateful. the room was great ish- the room was missing shampoo which was a disappointment, and although it was a non smoking room the bathroom smelled so bad of cigarettes making it very hard to use- the smell was awful but as long as we kept the bathroom door closed it was ok. the parking lot was a little uneasy and parking was very difficult, we had to park at the very back of the lot and being a women with children alone that was uneasy. But it served its purpose. We got ready for our event. Spent most the time out of the room. We came back, slept. We woke up & left.
We’d probably try this hotel again in the future.

Room was not clean, musty, old. Free breakfast - I suggest that the staff not go through and get their breakfast at the free breakfast - until the guests have gotten their breakfast. At least 6 of the staff were getting the guest's free breakfast even before guests had time to get their breakfasts.

Worse stay ever!
The shower was moldy
I turned off the hand hels shower head , because HOW GROSS IS THAT!
the top shower head was plugged up
Shampoo was empty
Kleenex box was empty
Hair blow dryer didn't work PILLOWS SUCK!

Great experience
My stay was amazing, front desk staff was friendly, check in and out was easy, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were really nice and clean. The bed was so comfy definitely coming back and i highly recommend staying here. I had a king room
