Extremely poor conditions and customer service. In town for a wedding. The room had a window that wouldn’t shut and was open to the other tenants that were smoking right outside the window. Didn’t feel safe as the property appears to be housing for the homeless or disadvantaged. We didn’t stay. Spent 15 mins on property and asked for new room or refund and got neither. I will never stay or recommend a Wyndham property again! And that includes my company and work travel as well!!

I didn’t even take my purse off my shoulder when I walked in the room.
I knew as soon as I drove up to the property
As soon as I walked into the room, I was like “oh no, there is no way I’m staying here!”
It’s a place where you couldn’t even take your shoes off to walk to the bathroom. I don’t think Wyndham understands who is representing their property or they would pull that license.
It was terrible! And it was more like an apartment than a hotel because people were actually living there. I thought I was gonna wake up chopped up and stuffed in the ice machine. It was straight out of a horror movie.

When we arrived, the hotel was under construction. We were informed there would be no breakfast service. It would have been nice to have heard about that when I made the reservation a month ago. We were initially led to a room that stunk of mildew and was about 50 degrees. We refused to stay in that room. They sent us to another room, where neither of the lights by the beds worked (there were no plugs, the cords had been cut), using the TV was difficult and required the front desk person to come upstairs. When we needed more toilet paper, no one answered three calls to front desk. Every time we came into the hotel, one or more of the staff were standing out front smoking. Overall, very disappointed. We have stayed in that motel seven out of the past eight years and have never been dissatisfied. Until now.

When we went to our room the sheets were stained, there was no place to hang your clothes. phone in room unusable to contact front desk and difficult to get room cleaned and they only did it once after promising to put us on the schedule on Monday and not cleaning until Wednesday. Nobody at the front desk in the morning to talk to. Could not use many electrical outlets because plugs would no go in or stay in. Facility needs major repairs.

Says handicap accessible and then they proceeded to put items in the way of the ramp after talking to them about it once before…fridge in the room was not accessible enough for a wheelchair user which we told them ahead of time that we needed an accessible room. gross in the hallways and door areas.

Upon our arrival they nitified us they cancelled our reservation and since we booked through a 3rd party there was no way of contacting us to notify. The e tire area was sold out for a co cert! We had to book several miles away from out venue at the last minute! BS!

Need a refund/ reimbursement
In the middle of major renovations. Paint fumes and lights shorted out when I tried to plug in my phone charger. Dogs were barking most of the night as well...Due to 3rd party rental, I had no options to be refunded any $ for my inconveniences.
