When we arrived, the hotel was under construction. We were informed there would be no breakfast service. It would have been nice to have heard about that when I made the reservation a month ago. We were initially led to a room that stunk of mildew and was about 50 degrees. We refused to stay in that room. They sent us to another room, where neither of the lights by the beds worked (there were no plugs, the cords had been cut), using the TV was difficult and required the front desk person to come upstairs. When we needed more toilet paper, no one answered three calls to front desk. Every time we came into the hotel, one or more of the staff were standing out front smoking. Overall, very disappointed. We have stayed in that motel seven out of the past eight years and have never been dissatisfied. Until now.

When we went to our room the sheets were stained, there was no place to hang your clothes. phone in room unusable to contact front desk and difficult to get room cleaned and they only did it once after promising to put us on the schedule on Monday and not cleaning until Wednesday. Nobody at the front desk in the morning to talk to. Could not use many electrical outlets because plugs would no go in or stay in. Facility needs major repairs.

Says handicap accessible and then they proceeded to put items in the way of the ramp after talking to them about it once before…fridge in the room was not accessible enough for a wheelchair user which we told them ahead of time that we needed an accessible room. gross in the hallways and door areas.

Upon our arrival they nitified us they cancelled our reservation and since we booked through a 3rd party there was no way of contacting us to notify. The e tire area was sold out for a co cert! We had to book several miles away from out venue at the last minute! BS!

Need a refund/ reimbursement
In the middle of major renovations. Paint fumes and lights shorted out when I tried to plug in my phone charger. Dogs were barking most of the night as well...Due to 3rd party rental, I had no options to be refunded any $ for my inconveniences.

The hotel was under major construction with people loitering all around. My friend did not feel safe so we did not stay. Because she went to check out the room before deciding whether to stay or not, it was considered a check in and nonrefundable. Hotel clerk first claimed that they called to tell me they were under renovations. Then he said he did not have my phone number because i booked through third party. Then he said that he explained to my friend that he could cancel with refund if she is not satisfied unless she goes to the room. My friend claims that nothing like that was ever discussed. We had to find a different room in a different hotel at the last minute.
