Pleasant helpful staff, room was comfortable. Breakfast was quite limited both in terms of food offering and equipment. No microwave to heat food to proper temperature.

I dont usually write reviews but this time I have to because one day somebody is going to need it . I stayed october 28th,.. my flight was delayed and I could not be on time at Elmira so I arrived 6 am in the morning at this time I lost my reservation too but I called the hotel and I dont remenber the name of a woman who got my call , I explained everything and she said come I will help you ..i was up all night it was cold .. and she was an angel I hope she gets this message .. she helped me and gave me the best service , experience ever .. sometimes somewhere we find angels ... I found one.

The staff was so very helpful. Greeting us at check in , she was ready and efficient and friendly. The breakfast guy was on task and helpful with a smile.

Super polite staff. Comfortable bed and clean. Convenient to places we wanted to get to. Good value for the price. Breakfast was the usual basic hotel fare. Pool also appeared clean but we did not use it.

Did not have breakfast at the property. Overall appearance inside the property was worn and old. Carpet in yhe room was worn through in a couple of spots. A hole in the ceilijg in the restroom had paper stuffed into it. Was not comfortable with that at all.
Hallways and steps were mote than incidently dirty. Property had an overall appearance and feeling that the owner/company was milking the business without doing upkeep.

我预订了4间房。酒店在预订当天早上从我的卡里扣了全部4间房的费用。下午我们到达时，其中3间房的费用是用入住客人的卡支付的。酒店总共从我的卡里扣了6间房的费用。我至今没有收到任何更正。
我们只住了一晚。半夜我妻子醒来发现身上爬满了臭虫。酒店卫生状况非常糟糕。地理位置还可以。不用说，第二天早上我们立刻就离开了那里。
