Facility was clean and comfortable. My main issue was the continental breakfast. The items offered were fine and tasted good - normal things available: toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, coffee and tea, etc.
BUT - The breakfast was posted to end at 9:00 AM. The staff stopped restocking around 8 AM and by 8:30 AM much of the breakfast was gone. I was told that there was no more milk - how do you have cereal. There was also no more creamer, coffee, maple syrup, waffle batter, or hot water for tea. People arriving at 8:30 AM didn't have much to choose from and were told "there is no more" when asking. Fortunately we arrived at 8 AM, but many others who arrived latter did not have much choice. There was also no fruit offered, which is usually part of this type of breakfast.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, staff was helpful when I needed a coffee basket that was missing. BUT the jacuzzi did not have hot water! They said the heating element went out and no idea when would be repaired

Rooms were large, no much for breakfast. It worked for us for where we were going. Everyone was nice.

Rooms are large and quiet. We were across from elevator and lobby area on 3rd floor, ice machine is noisy when used. They had your normal offerings for breakfast.

Breakfast was very poor on options, not juices, or milk coffee machine was broken , and dining area was filthy

No Soap for a shower or robwash hands.
Well it would have been helpful to know they didn't have any soap for any of the rooms.

The front overnight staff was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast needs an employee that works ore and plays on their cellphone less. Food was often empty and they were caught in back on their phone many times. But that’s ok staff was A+ will stay here again for sure
