They have updated the rooms. Convenient walking distant to shopping. Includes breakfast.

Orleans stay
The manager was very accomodating to my son and his fiance. They felt welcomed and comfortable.The locaton in the middle of Orleans was perfect. Too bad it was too cold for a swim in the pool. It looked great.

It is a nice motel with breakfast included (seasonal) . Convenient location with lots of dining and shopping. Also has a nice outdoor pool
Rooms are good size, bathroom is small but clean. Rooms on a second floor accessible by a very steep wooden staircases, that is a pretty good downside to visitors with restricted mobility or just large luggage
I did not see an elevator :) nor was I offered help with luggage.
Kitchen and breakfast are clean and cosy
Overall, we did not have any issues and were pretty happy with the property for the price.

Room is remodeled (pleasant, clean) but carpet has to be 40 yrs old and smells of a febreeze-type spray (dislike the smell) With the level of upgrades I don’t understand why the very old carpet is still in this room.

The room was clean and neat but they use some sort of cleaning product that stinks. Everything I owned smelled when I left. I spent one night. I don't think I could have stayed longer. I could actually taste the smell.

Was a nice place to stay overnight while traveling. Was clean and easy to check in to when I had to arrive late. The air conditioning is a bit loud but otherwise it’s a nice stay.
