The air conditioner kept making this loud noise when u turn it on and our tub have a ring around it and we had a smoking room we didnt have any ashtrays and we called they front desk they said they was gonna bring it and never did. We stayed for two days and room service asked if we new towels or anything they was very rude as well

The room was nasty, the ac unit sounded like a generator. Asked the gentleman at the front desk if there was another room we could move to? Due to the generator running in the room!! I was told no all the units are that loud. I will not stay there again.

The beds were so hard. The comforter was nasty. There was hair on the toilet and in the tub. There weren’t any towels in our room. The door looked like it would come off the hinges.
We slept on top of the cover and use our T-shirt for pillow cases. We were so miserable we checked out at 5am because we couldn’t sleep and headed home. We will NEVER stay there and we don’t recommend anyone who wants cleanliness and comfort to not stay there.

Very bad hotel, breakfast was non existent, mini muffins and cereal. Front clerk was rude, did not read prior instructions. After 10 minutes arguing with clerk, and asking for my money back, finally got my room. Front clerk is rude, argumentative, and just doesn't care. Loose dogs roaming property. I had one try to bite me when I left my room. Told the staff, they just look at you as if your stupid. Many other hotels in Gadsden, do NOT stay here.

The hotel was very old and not up to date. Bath repainting was sloppy, not what the add showed.

The room was clean, no carpet thank goodness, and we were there for an event that was a mile and half down the road along with many other people. We didn't notice anything unusual or use any amenities other than the shower. I do wish there had been a "Do not Disturb" sign on the door, for when we left each morning. We didn't bother to ask for one.

The check in was quick and easy. The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the motel is near a busy highway and there was some noise off and on during the night. Also, the breakfast was regular waffles (no Belgian) and cereal, as well as fruit and honey buns. We appreciated having a breakfast and not having to go to a fast food place, though.
无烟房间烟头残留太多，我都快流眼泪了。去洗澡的时候，看到水里这么多脏东西，觉得怪怪的。然后光脚走到床边穿衣服，脚上已经沾满了脏东西。门锁不严实，关上的时候顶盖都弯了。
