have many family owned restaurants near the owner is very friendly and helpful with all needs rooms are clean and spacious and feels cozy cute decorations and cute little lobby outside hangout spot and grills very nice for the price

The hotel room was dirty there was a cigarette hole in the bed The only thing great about this room was that there wasn't bed bugs The water never got hot in the sink The heater didn't work it kept going off in the middle of the night and I couldn't get it to turn back on because the power was being tripped by using it. When I checked in they told me they didn't have any single rooms left and that I would have to pay an additional $60 because there was two beds in the room and I booked through a third party service or I could cancel my booking and read book through them I explained that I had prepaid on the app. I told them I was not willing to pay extra 60 bucks for a bed being in the room that I was not using and asked them to only charge me 30 extra dollars They said they would do that and told me not to use the other bed but I was freezing so I had to take the blankets off the other bed. I even had to go get my sleeping bag out of the car.

Refrigerator froze Oliver food. We had to throw it away because it was frozen. Solid, the bathtub was trimmely dirty. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The sink was really, really badly made because it was cracked in many places. The bed was extremely loud and laying on a bed made of a big piece of metal, very loud and uncomfortable and the AC literally never got warm. It was only cold, absolute terrible place but never go there again ever in my life. If I could give you A.

Great customer service

I booked the room quickly about 30 minutes away, didnt realize smoking allowed in rooms in missouri. They gave me a non smoking roomafter I checked in since someone cancelled late. I appreciated the extra customer service.

The room was clean though my towel was stained from soil. We had a key that opened the adjacent room! Other rooms had card keys.- demand one of those! I kept reminding myself I get what I paid for!

the motel was a horrible experience. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It was a mystery the toilet even flushed. The room door had to be forced open with your shoulder, and I almost knocked my wife out with the door trying to open it. No shampoo, no soap, no Kleenex the towels were old and worn out. The pillows were tiny, worn out and flat even though we asked for a smoking room, the bedspread was filled with cigarette burns. The breakfast was a joke. We left and got something at the convenience store. The remote was so gross and grimy for the TV. It was scary to touch. The bed was very uncomfortable hard. All the furnishings were extremely dated if they worked, the pool was covered and didn’t look like it has been used in years. even though they had an ice machine, it was about enough to fill up a cup, and was hardly worth using.

I liked that we could rent a room with 3 queen size beds.

Check in Staff was rude when I was thrown off about pet fee. He said "He said I don't want problems with you "

Sheets and bedding smelled musty. Light at doors were very bright and kept us up. Window to bedroom had a bullet hole in it.

Bathroom was dirty. Tiles were white and a gray dirty look. Possibly mold. Very outdated.

Continental breakfast was not good at all. The apple juice came out brown. Wrapped up muffins were very dry. Bread was old and coffee was nasty.

If it wasn't for the rudeness of the staff I wouldn't have left any review.
