Nice staff. Good location. Nice room, however the bathroom is dirty. Loose toilet seat. Used washcloth left on shower head(gross). Housekeeping needs to do better.

Comfortable Stay but Service and Cleanliness Need

As a manager of a 900-room hotel, I tend to notice details when I travel that I expect from my own staff. While the beds here were comfortable and the AC worked very well, there were key areas that fell short. The front desk staff was not particularly welcoming at check-in, which set a disappointing first impression. In the room, it was clear the floor hadn’t been vacuumed—there was long blonde hair throughout, and we both have dark hair, so it was clearly left from a prior guest. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation, and this made the room feel unprepared. The hot tub was operational but did not bubble, limiting its use. Although we did not try the breakfast, it appeared adequate. Overall, the basics of comfort were present, but attention to detail and hospitality need improvement.

Breakfast excellent, McDonald’s next door, staff friendly, easy check in/out prices. Nice hot tube/pool indoors. Shears like an older property but they are in the process of updating.

Rooms were nice, pillows ******. Pool was really cool with a slide-definitely looks like the whole pool area could use some upkeep with rust on the walls and such. We had to do laundry, washer was quick but the dryer was awful and took forever for a regular load. In general, the hotel is dated but overall decent. Staff was pretty friendly.

The hotel is relatively clean. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were awful. Breakfast was subpar. Employees were very friendly and all in all it was an enjoyable stay.

Nice, but

Would be a 4.5 star but the half size pillows made sleeping uncomfortable. I’d stay here again, but bring my own pillows. Front desk very happy and cheerful.
