Desk staff at check in was very nice. Room was clean. Had necessities. Perfect for our overnight stay with our pet.

The room could have been cleaner. We had to wipe up the floor because we had spilt water and the washcloth was black. There was hair on the wall in the shower. The staff was very nice. And the room filled its purpose.

Room smell was hideous. The bed covers were nasty. The windows were nasty. The employees were nasty looking will never ever stay here again. I’ll sleep in my car first.

Staff was fine and helpful but i cannot give a good review when i had to kill 2 roaches. Wasn't dirty but roaches are a turn off

Rooms are outdated. Rips in the top bed cover. Cleanliness could use some improvement. You can tell the room used to be a smoking room, (or someone has smoked in it) it still has a bit of stench. The door looks like it had been broken into or kicked in at some point. It worked and it was secure. The area is pretty quiet for being in a busy place. Not bad for the price either.
There’s a sogn that says “Do not feed the ducks”. I saw it after I fed the ducks. Sorry.

tiny pillows
room was awesome, clean and ac was cold. Take your own pillow though as the pillows were tiny and thin. other than the pillows all was great. Man running the front desk was friendly and helpful, a real service oriented person which is sadly lacking in todays service field.
