This hotel needs to be refresh (cracks on the bathroom floor and cracks on the ceiling, blackout curtains were dirty and couldn’t shut them completely.

Check in was quick, clerk was friendly. The hallways and stairwells were very dirty, and outside doors propped open. The room looked cleaner, but pillows were obviously old and had a strange smell. There were no mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom. Water pressure was awful, it was hard to rinse soap or shampoo out. Morning coffee was like muddy water, and breakfast was a joke. We booked for 2 nights but decided to leave before spending the 2nd night.

It was right off the interstate highway and walking distance to Cracker Barrel and fast food as well as gasoline stores.

The bed was covered in bugs. I dont think they were bed bugs, i think it was fleas, but they were everywhere. We immediately left after telling the front desk who did not act suprised at all (was not offered another room). I booked though ******* and they contacted property. They agreed to refund 1 of rhe 2 rooms, even though we turned the lights on, walked over to bed, saw bugs, took pictures and left. Still will not refuns the other room so we are disputing throuvh the bank in hopes of getting 117$ back. Manager keeps saying it was flies but it most certainly wasnt flies! These arent cheap rooms to have bugs.

I had an easy time checking in. I really enjoy that they provide breakfast and there's a fitness center. The bed was quite comfortable. Overall, I really recommend this hotel.

The toilet handle was broken and the room floor was wet and squishy so we had to wear shoes . Staff were all really nice tho!

I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay. The cleanliness was far below expectations—from the floors to the curtains, everything felt unkempt. The room had a strong smell of mildew, and the nightstand was filthy, with some kind of white residue running down the side.
This experience was extremely unpleasant and not reflective of the standards I expected from Comfort Inn & Suites
