The dirty linen (towels) was not picked
Up by house keeping there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom,
The heating wasn't working there was only a sheet on the bed and i could not get a blanket at night to keep me warm
I was not pleased with my stay there.

The front staff was wonderful. My only two issues, 1) wish they had better options for breakfast food and 2) we’ve asked numerous times if they can come clean our rooms but no one ever came and the dryer once I plugged it in and turned it on it was on fire on the inside so I had to turn it off and unplug it quickly and the room smelled like gas for about 20 minutes. I had alerted the front desk and they had told me that maintenance and the cleaning crew we’re gonna come to our room and no one ever showed up the entire time I stayed there.

Rooms are too tight with the furniture for a wheelchair. Sidewalks are not even and have a lot of raised bumps and crevices. Tv signal goes in and out. Bathrooms are great and spacious.

The place was dirty. The ceiling had a drop ceiling that was moldy and looked as if it was about to fall due to being full of water. None of the doors to the outside of the building closed properly or locked. We checked out a day earlier than planned due to conditions of the hotel.

Pros: staff was pleasant , room was clean
Cons: dated, looks like they are trying to remodel/update.
Unsafe: both back door and side door did not lock. Side door propped open with a rock and locking mechanism was ducted taped.
Breakfast was underwhelming.
No elevators, stairways were dirty
