Room was clean…staff member helpful. I am unclear why I have to repeat everything I did with online checkin again at the front desk…had i known that I never would have done online checkin…room bathroom had stained ceiling and slow shower drain and spackle on the walls from a repair…we slept well, so grateful

I was under the impression that I would be charged once I checked in however I never checked in but was charged the full amount so I don't know anything about the property

This place is so bad and I don't recommend it. The towels were dirty, the walls were paper thin and the bed was so incredibly uncomfortable.

The access to the tv was undoable. Stuck in Spanish. Difficult to navigate the system completely regardless of language. If they have way to reset after each visitor may be a good idea to do such.

Felt very unsafe ..people permanently living on property..it was myself (60yr female) my mother (83yr)…once realizing this we immediately checked out at 10pm the 2nd night. We were scheduled for 4nights. We moved to another hotel.

Wedding shenanigans
Overall everything was great. Just minor hiccups. Bathroom ceiling pealing, water pressure in shower very weak. Had to hold the Spicket nozzle to get some pressure, and door wasn’t closing properly.
