I found this hotel to be great for what I needed. Beautiful grounds with lots of birds, quiet setting, safe. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and I actually extended my stay one night to continue work as I am on a deadline in the middle of my vacation.

Our stay at the Baymont was just so-so. The staff upon check-in was excellent. No issues there. But the entire hotel is in dire need of an upgrade to the current times. The room was very dated and dingy, half the lightbulbs in the lamps and overheads didn't work. We let it go since we were only staying one night. The bed was supposed to be a pillow top. It was the furthest from a pillow top. We woke up achy and sore, the mattress was horrible. The pillows were also so tiny and uncomfortable as well. The shower/tub was in need of repair as well. The tub faucets and handles were barely working. The bathroom was like a dungeon, as only one light worked and it barely gave off light. The refrigerator seemed to leak a bit as it "defrosted" on its own. We're glad it was only one night. The one good thing we really were happy with was the free breakfast/food. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, pastries, cereal. It was just enough. The pool area was unkempt and the entire property outside was messy and had litter strewn all over the place. The walls are paper thin. There were some construction workers staying there at the time and they tended to be loud in the hallways and rooms. Lots of slamming doors and yelling all hours of the night. We won't be staying there again.

We booked over the phone. At arrivals it smelt like cigarettes and ****. The front desk lady was eccentric, but nice. The hotel was dirty and smelled moldy/mildewed. The sheets were itchy and the top cover had a whole burnt unit by a cigarette. There was no smoke detector. We wasted 130 dollars because we couldn’t stand the smell or the feel of sheet. Not to mention they barely give you a pillow. Don’t waste your money here. It’s sketchy, dirty, and smelly horribles. I plan on complaining to Wyndham!

I would not recommend this location due to the condition of the rooms they all pretty much smelled of mold the ac when running also smelled like mold, when entering the room all you smelled was mold, when using bathroom mold on the ceiling and in the tub area, rust on handles I had to sleep with a mask due to how bad the mold smelled, would not recommend to anyone

This by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Room was disgusting,burn marks all over the bathroom,sheets had stains all over them. When I asked to be moved to a clean room the host said there weren’t any available and also didn’t offer any other solutions.

Everything was dirty and in disrepair. Management didn’t care. Front desk didn’t have access to towels and didn’t seem to care. Housekeeping never cleaned the room and never had towels. Sometimes they’d bring them by later, sometimes not.

Disgusting place, dirty, smelled, room was already occupied and filthy. We had to make 3 trips to the inappropriately dressed "clerk" to get a key that worked and a unoccupied clean (?) Room. Do yourself a favor, sleep in your car. You will be better off.
