Never again
Had to change rooms after driving to the front office twice (which was nearly 1/4 mile from our room maintenance came tod try to fix the remote. After unable to do so, we moved down the hall a few rooms. Both room smell. Certainly have been smoked in and stuff sprayed to try to mask the smoke. LOUD out door bands playing until 9PM with big crowds.
Not the relaxing stay in a "suite " we looked forward to enjoying.

Very nice looking hotel, extremely friendly help at the desk. Elevator was broke so I had to climb to the 3rd floor if I wanted breakfast. They were nice enough to give us a room on the first floor because of mike. But room was not accessible so the toilet was extremely low which is not easy for mike.

Area surrounding hotel had alot to offer. Buc-ee’s not far, super plus. Absolutely no rooms available before 4pm was a minus as had plans. Returned from event at midnight. Had to wait in line. However it was quick and associate was organized & friendly. There was some sort of bug on bathroom wall, minus. Overall room was comfy.

I traveled to take a Motorcycle class at Harley Davidson in Ormond Beach. Upon arrival in Friday, I took a 2 hour portion of my motorcycle class and was extremely tired from working a full shift prior to travel. There was a concert taking place on the same property which caused the inability to park for the most part. At the same time, while checking in I was notified that my room was across the about a good ways to walk, elevator was not working, and the door would not open because the battery was dead.. horrible situation due to the front desk clerk stating she could not help us unless we walk all the way back down stairs and across a parking lot which was a long way from the area where my room was located. As well as, I took the keys back to be rekeyed due to the front desk clerk thinking the key was not working was because the keys were not synchronizing with the machinery they use at the desk to assign rooms. I was simply annoyed because I could not get in my room for about 1 hour as it was after normal check in time. Unfortunately, that was not the only inconvenience!! The next day after a battery was install in the door unit in order for the room key to work, after my motorcycle class the following day expecting the extreme heat all day, the key would not work again. This was the most horrible inconvenience I have experienced utilizing ******* for the Last 6 years.
