We only had a quick stopover as part of a road trip but staff very friendly, location good as just off the Interstate, breakfast good for what we needed. All very clean, nice and quiet hotel.

Nice clean hotel, the only things I would change are the hours breakfast in available closes around 9 and the pool area closes at 10 vs the normal 11.

Great Stay
It was great, the hotel is a bit dated, but the room was very Clean & Specious. The Best Experience was the Customer Service. Heather received us at check in and She was Just Incredible, going that extra mile, which sadly enough is not so common now a days.

Parking space
I love the area I stayed in. But there was no parking space for us to park last night. When addressyit with the lady at front desk she just stated she didn’t know what to tell me except park at the other hotel next door. I thought that was not good why park some where I am not staying. They need more parking space and I am handicapped so this was not a good stay for me.

The staff was great, very responsive. We can tell the hotel's main customers are crew workers ie construction and such. With that being said there are areas which need thorough cleaning or replacement. The curtains were stained, the toilet had a leak. The hotel could use a facelift. Also, if you come in after 8pm good luck in finding parking at the hotel. Our last night we had to park at the BW next to the hotel.

This is our go to hotel when we travel to Macon, GA for our once a year family reunion. All of us out of state family members always choose to stay here! Friendly staff, awesome service, clean and safe accommodations. We love staying here!

We reserved three rooms for out of town family to attend a family member’s funeral. Reservation said check in was at 1. None of our rooms were ready at one and we had to be at the funeral home by two.staff at check in was not friendly ir concerned.
在我们入住的三晚里，我们遇到了四位不同的前台工作人员，只有其中一位是友善并主动向我们打招呼的。周五晚上办理入住时，那位工作人员似乎在为我们办理入住手续时遇到了困难——不确定是语言问题还是他没有受过适当的培训。周六早上，前台的那位女士似乎并不在意周围的一切，因为她一直忙着打电话。到了下午，另一位女士态度稍微友好了一些，但这还是在我丈夫抱怨前两位工作人员不友好之后。周末早餐区的主管既不友好，也不关心就餐区的整洁。我丈夫不得不亲自去“厨房”找她要抹布擦桌子，因为她当时正忙着打电话。第二天早上，又有一位客人不得不去拿抹布——同样，她什么都没做。唯一值得称赞的是客房服务员，尽管她听不懂我们说话，但她很友好，而且我们的房间总是打扫得很干净。
