When we first got there, there was an older gentleman ahead of us who proceeded to tell us to watch the guy at the desk because he was going to try and charge us double. He in fact did try to charge us again when we reserved and did everything online already that started the whole issue. Then we get to our room we open the door and our greeted by the worst smelling musty. I’m not even sure what it was smell coming from the room when we walked in we immediately checked the bed. It was dirty. There was dirt all over the sheets. We had to sleep on top of the blankets that night in our clothing without anything touching it. The way everything was handled was completely unsatisfactory, and I will be making sure to let everybody know not to ever book this hotel for any reason for anything for any wants or need this is absolutely ridiculous.

Came down from Valdosta to the fair, stayed at the Quality Inn, it was pretty clean, also it’s pretty old too, good place for one night.

Omg worse place I’ve ever stayed nasty sheets mold, and mildew on the carpet in the floors bathroom no television to watch a refrigerator didn’t work old raggedy air conditioner unit it smelled you honestly get what you pay for is cheap and nasty but I needed a room at the last minute

It was at best a average hotel . Desk man was less than enthusiastic, not rude but not into his job at all. Room seemed clean.

Did not feel comfortable
When I entered the room it seemed to be ok. But when I placed my bag on the first bed I saw a few tobacco looking stuff. When I went to the bathroom, the vent had tissue stuffed in it. Why I dont know. The guest book was stained with coffee

Advertised continental breakfast.
Staff and facility was very friendly and clean. Only one issue was the continental breakfast. They’re wasn’t any. Both waffle makers were not working. Had cereal and coughing and juice if you wanted it.

After traveling almost 4 hours, we arrived at the hotel. Upon arrival I asked the clerk to do a room inspection to ensure it was up to par and she agreed we could. My husband and I entered the room and I was met by a German roach hanging on the refrigerator near the microwave area. We immediately pulled back the covers and saw multiple hairs on both beds, stains, and burn marks on the sheets. There was also unclean surfaces and grime on the microwave and on top of the refrigerator/ handles. Needless to say you both agreed that we were not staying anywhere like that with our family and went back to the clerk and showed her the pictures we took and asked for a refund. She did try to offer us a new room, but we felt like if they couldn’t get the room, we reserved three days prior clean incorrect a new room will not also be up to our standards. I believe she was speaking to the manager while we were there because she said that my payment did not go through and I had to show her verification that my payment did go through or else she would’ve charged me twice for a room that we were not going to stay in; granted she did say it was a mistake on her end. The manager told her that we could not receive our refund then and we would have to go through the booking agency being ******* to receive our refund. It’s been almost a week and I called to speak with the manager, but he was not in, I left a message and he hasn’t returned my phone call to resolve.
