The room was disgusting. All sorts of stains all over the walls and doors. When I said something to the front desk all that was said was we haven't updated that room yet.

Nicest thing I can say is overpriced. Everything went downhill after that. Only exception is the waffles were great checked in no bulbs and lights. Two people two.flimsy towels. Room not made up for a second day excuses for everything. disappointing for the price.

Breakfast unhealthy, no protein food all carbs, no eggs or meat. All sugary cereal. Toilet bowl brownies-rusty color, walked into room in the evening, freezing cold, AC on temp was at 60. Took awhile to heat. Vents on heater full of dust-fire hazard ⚠️

The rooms were dirty staff in the evening a little rude manager Teresa was very nice and kind and apologetic about my experience won't stay there again

The hotel was extremely outdated. The curtains weren't hung correctly, window sills dirty, grout was all over the tiles. It just looked dingy and dirty.

Check-in and checkout was easy and the ac worked ok. That's what was good, but it could never outweigh all the things that were wrong.
The mattress had a sunken section, the pillows weren't pillows, but appeared to be rags stuffed pillowcases. The maid service was left a generous tip but didn't even bother making the bed and the floor couldn't possibly have been mopped anytime recently because after walking on them without shoes, my feet became filthy. The drain in the tub shower was slow. The luggage rack was rusty and unusable. There appeared to be a homeless population living out back and taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The security latch on the door was loose. The furniture was worn and ragged. Hopefully this place will get a complete overhaul. Until it does, absolutely stay away!
