Charged a Resort Fee, only $10, so no big deal BUT I thought you were required now to include that in the price, plus I got nothing for the resort fee as it was winter and the pool is closed. We didn't even bring suits because of that so could not utilize the hottub which apparently was open.

It is a little dated, (thus 4 instead of 5 stars) but the rooms are quite large, very clean and well appointed. I had the cheapest room, with two queen beds and it had a lot of space for a hotel room. The beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows. The staff was quite helpful. The pool looked nice - thought I didn't swim. The fitness center was on the small side with only one bench (dumbells from 5 - 60 lbs) and 5 cardio machines, plus one resistance machine. Still it was nice to have a fitness center. They should put a water dispenser in it, though, cause I got thirsty and my only choice for water was a bathroom sink. All in all a very nice stay.

The room heater sounded like a lawnmower all night, very little sleep. The made to order breakfast is just a restraint, no discount no continental breakfast.

我们俩都很喜欢这家酒店，房间真的很棒，里面有微波炉、冰箱和咖啡机，床也很大。酒店还会准备一些小礼物，比如棉签、卸妆液、洗发水、护发素等等。
酒店有个按摩浴缸，不过我们没去。泳池当时关闭了，但没关系。如果有什么问题，工作人员会立刻解决，服务虽然简单却很贴心。
我们不太喜欢阿什兰这个地方，所以没能再来。但如果是在其他地方，这家酒店绝对会是我的首选，性价比很高。
干净整齐、四人房房间很大，住起来非常舒服。
