Got to the hotel at 4 an hour later after check in, the front desk person said my room wasn’t ready and had to put me in another room. That room bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was bugs both nights and when I checked out and told the front desk clerk and showed her pics of the bugs she said they couldn’t give me a discount or anything because I didn’t book through there rewards program but I booked through a discount program like *******. I’m not sure what that has to do with the room issues and why I couldn’t be accommodated.

The room was ok not what i was expecting we had to move rooms because the first room the water was not getting hot then the second room had Asian lady bugs in the ceiling. They could upgrade a little along with the elevators. I wouldn’t stay there again

The room had only sheer window coverings and there was a street light outside the window. The room was bright as day all night. The toilet was filling most of the night as well.

The staff was amazing except the lady working the breakfast. Everyone at the front desk and house keeping were incredible. Unfortunately the lady who made the breakfast had a nasty attitude and had guests saying they didn’t even want to eat the food because she sat and watched while speaking with attitude.

The parking area was safe. Security was in the lot after we returned late from my uncle's retirement party. We felt safe throughout the entirety of our stay. The breakfast was healthy and delicious.

The hotel needs a serious deep cleaning. Our 1st room reeked of cigarette smell, had stained/dirty tub. Also there was a stain on the curtain where some type of bug was smashed. I will say that the staff was very empathetic and responsive with transferring us to another one that appeared nicer. However, the mattress was so filty and need thrown out immediately. I just feel the presentation, cleanliness just isn't there, no matter how much affordable it is, compared to other places.

The hotel is a really great place for a weekend getaway. It's not a "luxory" hotel, but it is comfy. The indoor pool was really nice, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast staff made sure they were available.
