crickets in my room. hotel clerk coughing (atleast she covered her mouth) then proceeds to use same hand to pass me my credit card and ID. then coughs in her hands again and gives me my room keys. place is rough man.

Staff was horrible. We checked out a night early and they refused to give me a print out or recipt of the nights stayed. Refused to refund money for night we overpaid. ******* was zero help and they reufsed a refund.

There was a lot of roaches as soon as I walked in the room. First just little ones but after I settled I started seeing bigger ones. I had to leave immediately

There were cockroaches in the bed. It was disgusting, the customer service was terrible. I left immediately.
