Bathroom sink drain plugged. It wasn’t ready for guest. I booked nonsmoking room, but the room smelled like smoke.. not happy.

Clean room, only a little too overwhelming on the lysol spray. We had to air out the room for a while. Otherwise, all basic and good. Nice mattress!

Great value. Our room was clean, well appointed, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend (especially after hearing others complain about their hotels in the area).

The room was clean, but the air conditioning was loud, so I had to turn it off. Then it got warm, and I had to turn it back on. I always get up and I make coffee. There was no coffee maker. When I called to inquire about one. I was told that Wyndom does not require one. They said that they had some, and I could come get one. Unfortunately, it was raining very hard, and I did not want to go out in the rain, and apparently, they did not want to either. I also asked for Kleenex because I did not have any in the room. Same answer, I could come and get one. I went to Walmart the next day and purchased a small coffee maker and coffee. They only clean the room every other day. At the price I paid for the room, there should be a daily cleaning. COVID is over, folks. Their customer service was willfully lacking, and I will not stay there again.

Well kept older property
An older property probably built in the 1950’s as a motel. Very clean. We arrived late at night, the desk clerk was friendly, fast, and had a sense of humor. The room had been renovated, even the ceiling was recently painted. The bathroom was mostly renovated, the tub was clean but showing its years. The bed was comfortable. The property was quiet.

It’s somewhere to stay if you have to.
Average hotel with very little accommodations. Room needed to be scrubbed down from ceiling to floor. No shampoo, soap or conditioner in dispensing containers. There wasn’t much for breakfast and parking spots were not very good.

The property was not as expected. We expectated similar Wyndam Properties and it was a low budget hotel with redone rooms that smelled musky, the bathroom was dirty and the security of the parking was concerning.
