The room was dirty, the restroom sink was clogged, the toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was never refilled or restocked. No one at the front desk to ask questions, only someone on a monitor screen that you couldn’t really talk to because the internet ******. Not a good area at night to stay in!

我们深夜才到，前台没人，所以他们通过一台机器上的视频通话帮我们办理入住。接电话的女孩很友好，但她给了我们房卡，却打不开房门。我们试了隔壁房间，想看看是不是门坏了，因为门一点声音都没有，结果出乎意料的是，门居然开了。想想半夜开门是什么感觉……我不得不两次跑前台，他们才终于给我们换了房间。好不容易换到新房间，却脏得要命。晚上没有热水，淋浴间的瓷砖都掉了，洗澡的时候甚至还有碎屑掉出来——太可怕了！我穿着袜子走了几步，袜子就黑了，就像踩过泥土一样，地板脏得一塌糊涂。说实话，我感觉非常不舒服。
我非常喜欢它，一家简单的酒店，服务高效，办理入住时非常友好，办理入住速度极快。酒店很干净，床很舒服，而且价格也很优惠。我非常喜欢它。
办理入住时工作人员非常友好，但是房间很脏，浴室很脏，甚至地板上也有很多污垢，我想我应该要求换房间，但我晚上九点左右才到。他们提供的早餐很好。
