The bed was so tall it was hard to get into (I am 5’0”). I was supposed to get a handicapped accessible room, but did not.

Truly a better experience then my last stay at your hotel.
Only complaint is the curtain was not completely closable, and your neighbors have VERY bright lights on the east side.

It’s a super 8 so expectations were reasonable but the curry smell in the hallway was a little strong. The manager was a very nice and helpful fellow though.

We sent a note that our flight had been delayed and we would be arriving a day later. No response. The musty and smoke smell is very strong. Walls and ceilings are very thin so you could hear everyone's sneezing, coughing and conversation. We requested late checkout. Didn get a response so we left at the standard checkout time of 11. At 12 they accepted our request and charged us 20 bucks.

This place was so dirty and nasty only stayed one night and left the next morning early the carpets were gross the lamps were nasty stained gross the beds were meaty it smelled horrible of cigarettes and alcohol in the always the rooms look absolutely nothing like the photo they are stained dirty carpets in the rooms. The bathroom was decently cleaned

要不是因为付了好几天房费不能退，肯定是一天都住不下去的，一进房间一股臭味，马桶上有尿渍，浴缸里有头发，被单直接是破的，早餐简单到除了牛奶没有任何蛋白质，这些都放一边，最重要的是没有诚信！前台的印度还是巴基斯坦接待员不但两个小时之前说过的话不承认，甚至十几分钟之前承诺过的事情也不承认，还要讹诈！简直无语！若不是因为距离工作地点近且人生地不熟再加上一起订了好几天没法退，真是被熏走被气走了！这里也要感谢一下携程的努力协调。
位置不好。虽然员工友好且响应迅速，但我们不会再入住这家酒店了。
房间光线非常差，没有台灯或书桌灯，落地灯也只有一盏能用。电视只能收看流媒体频道，没有本地频道。床和枕头非常不舒服。
当我们投诉房间问题时，酒店提出给我们换房。我们拒绝了，因为我们决定只住一晚就离开。

酒店的描述非常具有误导性。
早餐和用餐环境都很糟糕。
当我们询问是否可以免除提前退房的费用时，酒店告诉我们，由于我们是通过“第三方”支付的，所以无法退款。
如果我再次通过TRIP预订，我不会再提前付款了。
我会去酒店官网看看有没有类似的优惠。
