Room was clean, staff friendly. The lock on the door was broken. Fridge door did not shut well. There was not much lighting outside, wasn’t sure if it was open on arrival due to lack of lighting.

1st room smelled of dirty body odor, 2nd room HVAC did not work well and the tub held water, slow drain. The breakfast was lacking, no Fresh fruit and coffee was terrible.

I travel for work all the time. This is the 1st time staying at this property. The parking lot was a little dark. The front desk staf was exceptionally nice. The room was very pleasant, quiet and clean . Will be returning to stay again.

The staff were very patient and helpful. For an older motel, the Microtel has been maintained better than most. I would recommend it for cost value -- it met all of my needs.

Infrastructure needs improvement (i.e. bathroom sink did not drain, shower curtain not secure and fell when touched, no usb ports in room.) The WiFi did not work in room. Had to go to lobby to use my laptop. Night clerk not concerned with my problem and did not take notes to pass on to management.

Staff was courteous. The lobby smelled funky on check in.Hotel was quiet. The halls looked very old and somewhat shabby. The area is beautiful and we were close to town.

Room was excellent. Very clean. But there was a problem with the elevator and the stairwell. Which was concerning as a safety hazard. The continental breakfast was a joke. I only observed 4 people eating any of the food. The coffee was good

The room was super clean, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The AC didn't work well and the iron leaked but we only stayed 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. Room 209 and honestly, one of the better hotels out there. Loved the cleanliness.
