The woman at the counter was so sweet, welcoming, attentive and helpful. However , the room was dirty , the toilet is not properly installed, and flops from side to side when you sit on it , badly. The ceiling in the shower has hair and mold in it. The tub or sink hasn't been cleaned well in a while with mold and scum build up all over the drains the tub was slimy on the mat I immediately put my flip flops on to shower. The door barely opens and shuts as it bangs into the counter top. The room hasn't been cleaned properly in sometime and any areas behind the doors and at the corners on the vanity are filled with hair and dirt.we stayed across the parking lot last week on our way down to the beach and the property was very clean but I was hoping the pool and other facilities would be better over here. For more than $100 more this place is very dirty and not well kept. The pool area smells of urine and wads of hair were getting caught on everyone as we swam. It was not our hair . The girl at the counter was the only thing that stopped me from.complaining and leaving, that and exhaustion from our drive. So disappointing if it had not been as expensive I would have had much lower expectations and wouldn't have given as low of a rating. I don't know I'll ever stay at a country inn again.

We arrived late on a Friday night. Requested a crib that was not in the room. Had to ask for it and it was delivered later that night. Then we were told no hot water which would return in the hour. We went to bed around midnight with still no hot water. Room was ok but very dated. We did wake up to hot water

A lovely room with a window and fly screen that actually opened, so we could let the lovely mountain air into our room day and night. The pool is small but swimmable and the hot tub is lovely. The only place for possible improvement is the breakfast buffet - all the food is of good quality, but syrup is the only available waffle topping. It would be nice if we could also have chocolate chips, m&ms, chocolate sauce, nut sreads, fruit, etc.

Front desk lady was very nice. Hotel lobby is very nice. Room was good. Bathroom not so good. It needs some TLC. Im not sure who made the decision to keep a tub in a hotel room in 2025 is beyond me. Would i stay here again, im not sure. It was my first opportunity to stay at a Country Inn and Suites.

The outside of the hotel was nice. The front desk receptionist was okay but certainly not overly friendly . The room was okay but my bed was rock hard. The breakfast was bad. The juice machine wasn't working (the out of order sign looked old) and the milk cartons had all expired so there was nothing to drink. The scrambled eggs were hardly edible and the bread was stale. This is one chain that has gone downhill.

The breakfast was not up to the usual good food we have had before. The eggs were very bland and no taste. The recipe used for making waffles had no flavor what so ever. They both use to be very good. The sausage, potatoes, and biscuits were very good.
