I arrived about 20 minutes before check in and was told I had to wait. I have no problem with this part! What bothered me was that I was kicked out of the lobby and forced to stand outside with all my bags for 20 minutes. When I got to my room, I found it was infested with bugs. They seemed to be coming out of the AC unit and I killed over 20 myself. If it wasn’t in such a remote location, I would have left.

有早饭，满足出门需求

他们偷残疾退伍军人的钱
真是个令人作呕的坑，由偷窃成性的乡巴佬经营。房间脏乱不堪，走廊里满是垃圾，我们入住期间一直没有热水，走廊天花板瓷砖漏水严重，酒店里挤满了整晚开派对的脏兮兮的建筑工人。最糟糕的是：我是一位100%残疾的退伍军人，带着我的服务性动物旅行，我已经带着它们旅行了十多年，从来没有遇到过任何问题。入住时，酒店明确说明我是残疾人，预订时携带了动物，我入住时也告知了前台。前台那个粗鲁邋遢的老太太显然没理我，只是和一群脏兮兮的工人开玩笑，根本不理会我说的话。退房后，他们又在我本来就贵得离谱的129美元房价上加收了75美元，理由是“宠物费”。我打电话询问为什么带服务性动物旅行会被收费，负责检查的那个讨厌的老太太指责我带了一只假服务性动物，还谎称自己是残疾退伍军人，然后就挂断了我的电话！！！！！作为一名伊拉克战争残疾退伍军人，我十年来带着服务性动物住过几百家酒店，从来没有受到过这样的对待。幸运的是，我联系了智选假日酒店公司投诉部门，正式投诉，并被告知他们将对那个令人作呕的前台经理展开调查，就她可怕的行为展开调查。哦，对了，这个只有马的小镇根本没什么吃的！
