My mother in law passed away so we made reservations with this Hotel and thru ******* for the same night we made reservations. My husband booked one also not knowing each other had booked a room. So we payed for two rooms and only stayed in one. I asked for a refund for the 1 room and ******* and Sure Stay Hotel both denied the refund. What kind of greedy world do we live in. I have had a very successful Hair Salon for 41 years and this is a so wrong and unethical for a Business. Be cautious of ******* and this hotel because in my eyes they STINK!!!!!! PATHETIC

Rooms were clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and spa were a nice touch. Breakfast was great which saved us time and money. I highly recommend this motel and plan to be back when traveling

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay terrific. Angela took us under her wing, recommending restaurants, places to visit and directions on how to get there.
The beds were very comfortable and the room spotlessly clean.
We would stay there again.

The toilet didn’t flush any paper. Had to go across the street to Walmart and bought a plunger. The room smelled like old barbecue.

One minor complaint: the room was a bit on the dark side, i.e., we would have found another lamp on the side of the room away from the bed useful. Other than that the room was perfect.

No frills. Good choice.
Older Hotel. Had what we needed and pool and hot tub was open and clean! We didn't eat breakfast here but definetly better then other options in Silver City. I will say there's a lack of cleaning in the rooms. There was a lot of pubs on the ground and behind the beds.
