I couldn’t stay because I have very bad asthma. And I let the front deck know that it wasn’t a place I can stay at I ask for another room due to roaches no AC, ask for a refund and he told me after 10 minutes I couldn’t get my money back. I jus want my refund I’m not from here and I have to sleep in my car that’s not fair.

We asked for a non smoking room for one night and the room reeked of smoke, the walls were very damaged, the lights didn't work, there was no "no smoking" sign on the door, and the owner refused to give us a refund. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was another customer who came in and said he had roaches in his room and the owner still refused to refund.

The room they put me in had roaches crawling around everywhere. I was a lot of them . The service with the front desk was very poor and in the middle of the night someone kept tryna open my door .

住得很安静，房间也挺干净。地理位置超级棒，去高速公路特别方便。
有生以来没见过这么差的酒店，房间有蜱虫或者是臭虫bed bugs，被咬了7、8个大包，身上胳膊上完全肿起来，第二晚通过携程沟通到凌晨2点，依然不给换房间，只能拖着行李走着去找别的酒店。第三晚给换了房间，依然有虫子，再次被咬，经理说过来处理问题，始终不见人影，前台让我回房间等，依然是等到凌晨两点沟通无效，再次拖着行李找酒店，身心俱疲，完全是**酒店。实际仅住了一晚，但是不给退三晚没入住的费用。
目前虫子酒店的事情还没有解决，就又添个新事，手*在携程又定了洛杉矶的酒店，但是酒店说没查到订单，现在凌晨三点，在等携程和前台沟通，百无聊赖追加个评论，胳膊依然肿，而且变了颜色。
