The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities in my friends room were very good - large shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. I only had a small lotion and soap. The towels are acceptable, but not very thick. There was no hot breakfast on our second of four days. On Saturday night there a was a very loud live band at the restaurant next door.

房间淋浴间霉味很重，地毯看起来也不干净。而且，由于卫星电视整整一周都没用，所以根本没有电视。停车场里有潮湿发霉的床垫和旧家具。有一天客房服务根本没来。还有一天，他们只整理了一张床，没有清空垃圾，也没有提供纸巾，因为床是空的。

酒店有一间带无障碍淋浴的房间。我特意要求了一间无障碍客房。我丈夫坐轮椅，助行架使用不便。一开始，我们被安排了一间带浴缸的房间。所以，我不得不要求换一间带步入式淋浴的房间（没有淋浴椅）。不过，联系维修人员后，他找到了一把淋浴椅。此外，电视坏了，我们叫来了维修人员，但一直没来。所以，我们非常失望，以后不会再住这里了。
舒适便捷
我们住了4晚，觉得这家酒店非常舒适便捷。房间有点小，只能放一张办公椅，所以下次希望能住大一点的房间。早餐很热，味道很好。以后还会再来！
