Shower temperature fluctuated wildly after being set. Smoke alarm battery beeped from room next door all night long. Phone was not functional. And… continental breakfast was promised, but not available.

No breakfast was provided which was advertised. No coffee or water was available in the lobby. More than 50% of the hotel was under renovation. Checkin was done after 5:00pm.

How dare you guys ask me about that room. I didn't even get to stay in the room because the guy said I had to give a 100. 00 security deposit. I told this man I didn't have any money at all would he work with me & he told me NO NO I CANT CHANGE IT. He could have just checked the room before I left out. I had been driving 8 hours and had been falling asleep at the wheel. And not to mention that isn't even anywhere on description of room, a deposit. So that was a lie & then now he won't refund my money. Who does this to people
