I got a really good rate, but that aside, it was a nice stay. The room was clean. The fireplace in the lobby was going.everything was clean and tidy around the breakfast bar. The pool was temporarily closed, but I wasn’t really prepared for it. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

A very nice place to stay downtown. Clean rooms and a very helpful and friendly staff. I lost my wallet, and the staff was wonderful in helping me look for it, even though we didn't find it. If you do find it please call 505.238.4334 thank you. Comfort Inn & Suites Midtown will be my choice of lodging every time I'm in Ruidoso.

Broken pool, dirty shower, no shower curtain. Torn carpet and furniture. Door would not lock.

I did offer you a full refund when you checked in, and even provided you with special access to use the pool across the street!Good news though -- our indoor heated pool and spa are both now back up and running!

Checked in late. The front desk assistant. Chael(sorry don’t know how to spell her name) was great. Made it comfortable checking in late and didn’t make it awkward.

Perhaps not a second go around
The staff was really nice and helpful. The room had a very distinct musty smell. The hallway and everything else not so much. But as soon as you entered the room it was a game changer. Had to buy a deodorizer and room spray. It still didn’t help. The furniture and the pillows were all ripped and torn. One of the pillows looked like it had blood stains on it. Another cushion looked like it had vomit stains on it. The ceiling in the bathroom look like it had a leak. The pool was broken. Partly why we booked so the kids could swim.

凌晨4点，我被锁在房间外面一个小时。钥匙坏了，前台小哥在办公室里睡觉。早餐服务员极其粗鲁，还把食物摔在台面上。
