The room was outdated but it was nice. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Wish I would have went to the pool, maybe next time. The staff was very courteous, especially the lady that hosted the breakfast.

This property was unsafe and unsanitary. The room had cockroaches, pet feces, and heavy buildup on fixtures, making it hazardous — especially for infants and children. Management refused to relocate or refund per conversation with ******* customer service, us despite clear evidence. The handling by both staff and ******* was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros: Clean bed and towels, perfect water pressure, very responsive service, very friendly and polite staff, beautiful view from the room and the balcony, perfect air conditioning, shopping and dining within a mile, and very quiet area.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed (hurt my back after during the second, third, and fourth night), outdated bathroom, and sticky breakfast area on the first floor.

We will be staying again
Room was clean. Staff was great. The young lady who works nights deserves a raise. She was running all around that hotel and handling the front by herself and still was polite and kind to guests. There was an issue with the towels running out. But other than that we will be staying at this hotel again. Great view and amenities. Complementary breakfast was better than most hotels.

Marble falls trip
I really enjoyed my stay. There was an extra $50 fee for something. I can’t remember what it was for. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable after working hard that afternoon. The pool was great. I would stay here again.
