I was genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by a young lady ( I can't recall her name) at the front desk who made check-in so smooth and welcoming. Traveling with my pet, I was touched by how kind and thoughtful she was — offering toys and accessories to make my little one feel right at home. She even took the time to show me exactly where the pet relief area was and how to re-enter the hotel afterward. That level of care and attention truly stood out. The room itself was clean, spacious, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, I’d rate this hotel very highly for its outstanding service and pet-friendly hospitality.

The staff are outstanding!!! And that is the main reason for the 4 stars. I would give 5 but the room had a few issues. We really enjoyed hanging out in the bar lounge. Many comfortable seats to lounge at. The bartender and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the bar is mediocre but what do you expect for bar food? The room had this modern artistic look and was oddly configured but it still worked The bed was comfy and the pillows were puffy and clean. The only things that were a problem was that the sliding door to the bathroom was hanging up and very hard to close. The wall AC was also very loud. Not like a loud hum, but like a very loud rattle.

The room was ok nothing overall the shower glass wasn’t perfectly clean the mirror on the bathroom was duty plus the overnight front desk sucks I can’t believe we are in 2025 and people can be so ****** and treat people for their looks or appearance Ricardo should get the properly training cuz he assume just because a friend came over and was African American assume that something illegal was happening in the room and honestly was my first time booking that hotel and the last one I would never came back don’t matter who or how manny times people come and go from the property but I guess there perspective is different really bad experience

After a long day of my other hotel cancelling my stay due to electrical issues. I was rebooked to aLoft and they were amazing! It was a hot day and they would tell i was exhausted. I was able to check in early to rest and shower!
