Dogs in other guests rooms barking all night. Children in room next to mine, yelling scream jumping on the floor and bed till 3:00 AM. Tried to call front desk, never answered, couldn’t find her in the lobby. Terrible, got no sleep for 48 hours.

Firstly I would like to say the staff was accommodating and helpful, but the rooms are being over charged for how stained the walls were and in our room specifically there was a hole in the floor far corner by the air conditioning that would have resulted in injuries if we were not aware. Now when I was checked in my card was charged for the full amount, 2 days later more money was taken as a “processing fee” of $463 when the stay was paid for and I was told that the money should have returned the man at the desk did something when checking me in to cause the money to be taken. I was given a break down and it was charging me day by day after it was paid. While I was at the front desk $316 was then taken ontop of the $463, the manager was able to refund it then and there. We added a new card so no more money was taken and their system tried to take the $316 back. I was out of state hours from home without funds to get back. Safe to say I will not be trusting this location with any money in the future and will be going to a different hotel for my next stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful!! The battery died to the door locking me out of my room, the staff was quick to remedy the problem.

This hotel was located in a commercial area, close to the freeway and near restaurants, stores and gas stations. One of the issues I had was the quality and quantity of the breakfast was very minimum. The breakfast selection was very small. No orange juice, no bacon, hashbrowns or country potatoes. The eggs tasted weird. They were very puffy.

Room looks dated and it looks like there is mold in the bathroom. The staff was kind and accommodating.
