I contacted the hotel when I returned home from my trip with a terrible smell in our room. We realize the next morning that the hotel room 303 had terrible mold in the closet. They have refunded me half of my money and told me that I had to contact you to receive it. Can you please help me with that? Darlene

The bathroom vent squealing was horrible and it's stupidly attached to the light so it comes on whenever you go in. The sheets on the bed were not right when we got there and the tag was at the top who does that? Then we went to relax in the hot tub and it was broken no jets not a big deal since the heat was still there figuring we can relax but nope the carbon monoxide detector in the pool area kept chirping as it needed new batteries. Then the elevator stopped two different days on us almost trapped us in the first time but was able to get off quickly. I wrote. Review about everything the 2nd day then they called me and asked if I wanted another room but I couldn't do that as I wasn't in the area as we were visiting family close but for thanksgiving. So I couldn't go back to the hotel at the time.so we delt with it all the rest of the stay.was told to ask for a discount at checkout I think they have like 15% not sure maybe less. The nob for the closet was broken and the shower beauty plate at where you turn the water on was detached from the wall. The place needs maintenance severely. I think on our next stay in town when visiting family we will go to La-quenta.

Our stay was very disappointing. After we checked in, the room we were given had not been serviced by housekeeping. We were moved to a second room. When we put things in the bathroom, the fan began making a screeching sound, intermittently. Then later, we discoverd that the heater was not working pitem.roperly. We had to turn it up to 76 degrees to get some heat. This was the most disturbing item. We were tired from travelling and decided it was too much bother to complain and change rooms again. We bundled up to go to sleep. In the morning, a yogurt was dated for sevral days earlier. We left without eating. Will not stay at Comfort Inn again.

Room and staff were good but Spa, weight room and Ice machine were not working. All I saw were temporarily down signs everywhere. Rather concerning. I hate I spent my One Key cash on this room.

When we went to check in they did not tell us the pool was closed. We have kids it’s been raining all week at home all we talked about was the hot tub. They should have notified us. Then we go to our room the ac unit was shooting out chunks of mold and the toilet was leaking in the bathroom floor had a puddle in it. They didn’t have the same size room so we had to switch three times over four days. My wife got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom turned on the light giant roach on the wall. The breakfast was nothing there and we the first group in the morning. The fridge was empty the oj and apple juice was empty. There was mud all over the hallway and elevator the entire time we were there. It was horrible experience. Beds were old squeaky. Not comfy. I wish they would refund us we travel all over the country I hardly ever fill these things out but I hope no one goes through what we did.

Internet not working on 3rd floor. Air con has small water leak on carpet by unit. Unable to watch World Series. Ran out of bacon first morning and didn’t prepare anymore and 45 minutes time remaining.
The personal working at desk were very friendly and accommodating.

Bedroom was clean. We stayed here to see foliage at Tyler State Park but two weeks early - tree leaves still green. park was great though.
Breakfast had egg, sausage, biscuit and gravy - loved it.
Pool hot tub was broken - major disappointment since planned that as part of coming to the hotel in the first place.
