The property is very pretty and clean. They did not allow early check-in and our room (2 queens) was not ready on time. However, they did upgrade us to a King Suite so that made up for it. This location is about a 30 minute walk to Truist Park.

Bad AC.
Property and room was very nice, excellent for the price. Problem was that the AC has a sensor that cuts it off after a while of no movement. We checked in and it was hot in the room. We turned down the AC and it came on. We left for a couple of hours to go get dinner and came back and it was hotter than when we left. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person who said that it was working correctly and the air coming from the vent was 64 degrees, which is the lowest temp that the thermostat will go to. I’m no HVAC expert, but I think the air from the vent would have to be a lot colder than that to get the room anywhere close to that temp. Also, Apparently the sensor cuts it off if there is no movement for a couple of hours and you have to manually mess with the thermostat to get it to come back on. When we tried to go to bed it was too hot to sleep and it kept cutting off through the night so I would get up every couple of hours to turn it back on. Even with doing this it never got comfortable in the room. The temp outside and in the hallways was cooler than our room. Outside temp the next morning was 67 degrees and it was 69 degrees in our room.

We couldn’t check in until an after hour cause our room wasn’t ready. That’s unacceptable.

Clean room. Shower had a leak so it sprinkled everywhere but other than that it was updated and comfortable. We had five people and it was enough room.

位置和环境很好的酒店,但是软件差了点,订了两个房间,晚上11点多到那边只有一个房间,然后说满房,最后只能我们三个人挤一间房。早餐很差,经济型酒店的配置。
2016年曾经入住过一次, 今次第二次入住。隔了这么多年装修设备没有改变, 显得有点陈旧, 不过所有东西都是清洁干净的! 健身室的设备也很足够! 步行距离也有不少食店, 我会推荐旁边的pizza。
