Horrible communication. Fully under construction with no warning and our room was on the first floor. I called the GM to leave a voicemail requesting a refund and still have not heard back from them.

This was terrible! I can’t believe they could even charge for this place, the halls were all torn apart with paint and oil and machinery, ceiling was falling in, shower pan was about to fall through the floor, coffee was even nasty. It smelled in the room and the air conditioner was so old it rattled all night like an old car. Absolutely terrible, save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Where do I start? This hotel proceeded to put us in one room where the hallway was not even finished wall. It was sheetrock! Carpets were filthy and all splatted with paint. You can see from the photos. The room was a complete mess! Extremely dirty with construction dust! The television set was hanging sideways! Windows were so dirty, you couldn’t even see through. The sheets had these horrible stains. After complaining to the front desk, they moved us to the 3rd floor. About breakfast. They ran out of eggs, and they were not replenished for a very long time, that by then, we just made toast and that was it for the “breakfast included). Someone needs to make sure these properties are up to standard so when we book them, we don’t have this kind of disappointment.

Had reservations for a king. Was given two queens. Asked to change rooms. Was given a room on a floor that was completely dusty and incomplete from construction. Room had an extremely awkward layout and the construction was not good.

It was a very good stay and comfortable. Friendly even though they are under renovations it was still wonderful, great price

We asked for housekeeping at check in, no one ever came for the 2 days we were there.
The bed was not comfortable and neither were the pillows. It was undergoing renovations, and we noticed our batbroom had no exhaust fan in it. Kind of strange for a bathroom. Took a long time to get the mirror unfogged with ventilation.

They were working on the hotel and we didn’t have water power and the alarms kept going off. Did not know they were remodeling.

Property was under renovation which was not listed on ******* site. Had to move rooms 3 times due to the sound of the A/C in the room. Staff was very accommodating due do the A/C units because there was no one on property to fix.
Beds were very very hard and uncomfortable.
Hoping the renovation brings improvements because hotel is located in a very convenient spot.
