Hotel room was covered in roaches. I found a recluse in my sweatpants after my shower. The fridge leaks water for some reason, all the food i had went bad because of it. Price fluctuates significantly more than it should for a motel. One night it’s 60 the next it’s 85? That doesn’t make sense. The cold air doesn’t stay cold long enough to even enjoy it after a long day of work, the ac unit was shutting off on its own some how. Over all just a terrible stay at this place. Avoid it if you have the money to do so.

The front desk was not notified of any issues you had so we could had taken care of the issues you had. But we have contacted the pest control department so they can come and treat the room. Again we are truly sorry for the troubles. We took a look at your rates and saw you paid $71.25 and $75.05 which was less than a $4.00 difference.

The clerk was very friendly. The room was dirty with dead crickets on the floor. I was surprised cause it had good rating. Looks like it had not been cleaned for awhile

Molded ceiling right over my bed. Reported leaky toulet and sink in handicapped unit 106. keys didnt work . Thought they might putt us in another room but no. I spent over 600.00 plus pet deposits and felt like I got ripped off. Pool was great. Building needs to be torn diwn and start over. Too aged.
