Ample parking and a good Mexican place across the street that is open late. Rest everything else is poor about this place.
Aisles smell bad and bathroom faucet broke which maintenance did not care to fix while we stayed at the hotel. No shower gel in the shower and not provided inspite of requesting. Had to use handwash soap. No locker for safe-keeping of documents.
Posting images of room after it was cleaned by the house-keeping (really??), missing shower gel from shower and broken bathroom faucet.I wish I could have given Zero stars. Never staying in a Quality Inn.

Our maintenance team was informed and repaired it immediately after your checkout.Regarding toiletries, the soap you received is the only soap type we have provided to guests for the past few years. Friendly staff, free and easy parking, right off the I65, clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Xontinental breakfast with a waffle machine. Perfect one night stay while travelling.

Hotel was just this side of ok. Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't feel unsafe at any time, parking was good and it was surprisingly quiet. The lobby and parts of the rooms appear recently updated. Breakfast was ok. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Comforters were stained. Sinks, toilet and counters were clean but floors, mirrors and windows were not. Hallways and elevators were dirty. Outside areas were only picked up once during our 5 day stay(food left by side door and overflowing ashtray). Biggest concern was that side and rear entrances were unable to be opened from the inside- they would open only with key card from outside. Definitely an issue in an emergency situation!

The pool was closed but was never updated on here.
The hotel elevator certificate expired over a year ago.
If the one female employee worked then the breakfast was constantly refilled. If it wasnt her - you went without because no one was at the desk.
Front desk had a man Freddy i think was his name - he was great but we only saw him once. The other male worker (i was told by another guest it was the owner) would disappear.

The pool was closed for maintenance and one of the hallway bathrooms was out of order. The toilet in our room didn't refill for around 30 minutes. The coffee pot was next to the toilet with no electrical outlet. Our room had a lamp in the corner but there was no outlet for it. Breakfast was ok, I had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very dense.

Dirty, dirty hotel
The first thing we saw when walking in was a roach on the AC unit….and on the headboard of the bed. Then none of the surfaces looked to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. There was sticky stuff on the tables, on the dresser, on the floors…there were streaks of who knows what on the walls by the bed and in the bathroom. The couch had white spots on it…stains or just not cleaned, not sure. The remotes had no batteries. The guy at the desk was nice, and gave us some when asked, but they were the wrong size. The bed was comfortable, that’s the only positive I could give. The orange juice was like syrup, and the rest of the breakfast was disappointing to say the least. I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but this place was not it…at all. We felt dirty staying there and like we may pack home roaches with us. If it hadn’t been so late when we got there, we would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere.

服务是打给酒店政策的，本来计划定双床房，结果定错了大床房，跟酒店协商退后重订都不行。环境讲究，周围安静
应该能更好，我在这里住了一晚，应该更干净更好一些。早餐选择不多！
房间里弥漫着一股油漆味，垃圾桶脏兮兮的，淋浴间的油漆都剥落了，淋浴边上粘着头发，床垫下还有食物残渣，还有其他客人留下的一次性衣架，浴室的排气扇发出刺耳的尖叫声。如果不是整座城市都被订满了，我可能早就搬走了。
