We loved our stay in Iowa and the hotel was located perfectly for us, the rooms were clean, staff was excellent and we loved being able to relax in the pool at the end of the day

Jeff Trent made us stay here. We called ALL decent hotels in this town and his advice convinced us to stay here!
If the owner ever lost this guy, it would be a shame. He should be the property manager!

Had to get extra bedding when we first got there as a 6 person guest room didnt have the extra bedding. AC could barely keep up in the room, our cable box wasnt working, had to get an extension cor

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and shower was enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. Only reason I did not give a 5 Star is because we did not use the indoor pool or breakfast area. Will definitely be back!

Staff was very helpful in putting several rooms close together all on 3rd floor. Pool was nice treated with salt water system. Only thing they could do better is extend breakfast time to 10am. 9 is too early for several in our group.

The hotel staff was friendly, but it was a little off putting that he commented that I would have had a better deal booking directly through their site vs using *******. The room was clean and comfortable and the vibes of the place were super cute.
I would definitely stay at another one of these kinds of hotels in the future.

Staff was very accommodating, breakfast was decent. I had a pet friendly room, which was obviously pet friendly. Otherwise decently clean and affordable.
